New clients only- All appointments with Tina Q will require a credit card upon booking.
All clients – Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time; and clients on waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 100% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Tina Q Salon.
Japanese straightening services only- $100 non-refundable deposit and appointment is required to reserve and hold date. You may move your appointment at anytime up to six days before your service date. After that, you will lose your deposit. No show appointment will be required to pay 100% of the services reserved.
